to Prepare
All
classes are 90 minutes in a hot room, so arrive hydrated.
Bring
a yoga mat, towel and water bottle or rent/buy from us.
Avoid
big meals within 3 hours of class. Conversely, take care when
fasting.
Relax
and breathe. Competence and exploration soon come.
Wear
light clothing. Women (leotards/shorts and tank). Men (bathing
trunks). |
