First Time here? Great!

Beginners always welcome. No experience whatsoever is necessary.

Pre-registration is not required.

Simply arrive 15 minutes before any scheduled class and sign-in.

For your first class we provide a mat and towel rental gratis (normally $1 each).

How to Prepare

All classes are 90 minutes in a hot room, so arrive hydrated.

Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle or rent/buy from us.

Avoid big meals within 3 hours of class. Conversely, take care when fasting.

Relax and breathe. Competence and exploration soon come.

Wear light clothing. Women (leotards/shorts and tank). Men (bathing trunks).

How Often Should I Practice?

An ounce of practice is worth several tons of theory.

A regular practice of three times a week permits noticeable progress.

Bikram challenges you to overhaul with six classes a week for two months!
